About This Project

It's important to give our 1st graders a variety of exposures to text away from screens, and a read along listening center with books is one of the ways we do that at our school. I happened upon an amazing resource of read along informational texts from Lakeshore that are perfectly leveled for my first graders. The informational texts includes 4 copies of 5 different books with accompanying CD's for small groups covering a variety of topics. This set will be used for many many years to come. It may also be shared with other grade levels at our school in K-2. Thank you for supporting literacy in our classroom!
