New Teacher Funds
Mission Valley Christian Academy is seeking support for a New Teacher Fund to help welcome and equip several new teachers who will be joining our school community. As they step into their classrooms for the first time, they will need resources to create engaging, organized, and welcoming learning environments for their students. The purpose of this project is to ensure that new teachers feel supported and prepared from day one, while also providing their students with enriching and well-equipped classrooms. Starting a new teaching position often comes with significant out-of-pocket expenses, and this fund will help ease that burden so teachers can focus on building relationships and delivering meaningful instruction. The objective of this project is to provide each new teacher with funds to purchase essential classroom supplies such as books, organizational materials, flexible seating options, basic classroom necessities, and décor that helps create a positive and inclusive atmosphere. These resources will be used to support daily instruction, improve classroom management, and foster an environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and ready to learn. This fund will directly benefit students by ensuring that every classroom is thoughtfully prepared and conducive to learning from the very beginning of the school year. When teachers have the tools they need, they are better able to create engaging lessons, differentiate instruction, and meet the diverse needs of their students. By contributing to this project, you are not only supporting new teachers during a critical transition, but also investing in the success and experience of every student who walks into their classrooms.

Instructional Visual Aids & Tech
Heritage Academy in Kalispell, MT just finished a modular building that houses two new art classrooms. We need to fund the instructional aids and technology to make the art classrooms work well. This microgrant would fund the networking, wifi, two large smart TV monitors, two document cameras, and two porcelain magnetic enameled whiteboards. The networking tech will also serve the other two modular classrooms.

Strength Training Foundations
As part of a homeschool center, we do our best to work with a shoestring budget and try to keep the kids as active as possible. One main issue that comes with that is the lack of equipment we sometimes run into. It is my goal with the high school aged kids that they would recognize the importance of keeping a healthy and strong body, as well as realize that their health and strength is a gift from the Lord, and that they should take care of it as an act of gratefulness. One element we would like to incorporate is more calisthenic and weight based workouts to give the kids a sense of easy routines that they can do at home with very little money. This project is intended to fund a very simple set of weight training equipment, as well as calisthenic equipment and tools. My hope is that it helps the children to be more confident in themselves, as well as have appreciation for what the Lord provides for them on a daily basis.
